Summer Residential Retreat Aug 22-25, 2024

Our Residential Retreat brings our celebrated hands-on energy work together with spiritual principles and practices to bring about noticeable shifts in spiritual awareness. Spiritual growth is a development of our whole auric field. We need more energy, more range of frequencies, and a greater coherency in our field to have spiritual insight and make real shifts in consciousness. Through guided practice we replenish our essential resources, cultivate subtle awareness and develop the group field in which we all can grow. 

• Spiritual principles and practices- Key spiritual teachings drawn from our understanding of the soul's journey, sacred geometry and ancient earth teachings.
• Deep replenishment for the healer- Living in todays rapidly changing connected world means that we work in more dimensions, and address a wider array of concerns. We need care that replenishes us on deeper levels and more dimensions of our being. 
• Essential energy practices- to integrate the work with the auric field, chakras, and the nervous system; and to support healing in illness, surgery, and recovery.

8:00 Breakfast

8:30-9:00 Morning practice movement and meditation to increase and sustain energy flow.

9:30-12:30 Teaching and hands-on session 1-  hands on learning and practice of methods and principles 

12:30 Lunch

1:00-3:00 Free time for replenishment in nature and rest

3:00-6:00 Teaching and hands-on session 2-  hands on learning and practice of methods and principles  

5:30 Dinner

7:00-9:00 pm Evening spiritual conversation- about and with spirit
