Good for what ails you... Exploring the energy of integration -- October 2011 Weekend Workshop

During our summer retreat we discovered new dimensions of nervous system energy that broadly support healing and well-being regardless of the particular condition. Accessing this greater breadth of energy wraps the brain and the nervous system with light and weaves us back into wholeness. We are understand this quality to be an actual energy that embodies the principles of integration and wholeness.

We have arrived at the threshold of a fascinating new dimension of energy work. One that is enormously helpful across a wide range of different conditions and generates a powerful sense of well-being. It has the potential to enhance many things including brain chemistry, sleep, calming anxiety, improving mood, increasing pain tolerance, and supporting recovery.
