Faced with challenges that exceed our understanding we need a reference point that reaches beyond our fear, our obsessive problem solving, and even beyond our heartfelt wishes. We require a connection to the higher principles that align our efforts with resources beyond our imagining.

The 5th Chakra, the opening to Etheric consciousness, is our connection to transcendent principles of higher truth, perfect pattern, and spiritual law. When we call on the Etheric, we gain access to the energies that bring our work and ourselves into alignment with these higher resources so we may manifest them more fully.

This workshop will explore the principles, practices and skills we need to attune to this dimension in the context of energy work, meditation, spiritual practice and healing, including:

•    Attuning the nervous system to the energies of the 5TH Chakra.
•    The practice of “Yes” and other higher principles that keep us out of emotional sinkholes.
•    Practical skills using Etheric patterns to relieve pain and inflammation.
•    Meditations that open the 5TH chakra and bring us into alignment with spiritual law.
•    Sensing the profound range of the Etheric– from its most physical to its most energetic dimension.
